We take post-acceptance follow-up support and stable equipment operation very seriously, and we proactively perform maintenance services to reduce unexpected failures. To ensure that customers can use our products with confidence for years to come, we provide prompt and reliable customer support at our three business locations – Osaka Technical Center, Tokyo Technical Center, and Kanto Factory. In addition to our own products, we also provide after-sales service for imported equipment. We believe that meticulous maintenance service is essential for the long-term use of products.
Diamond Group
The trade of industrial diamonds has been one of Mutual’s core business activities for over half a century since its establishment
Mutual’s diamond business began with the trade of industrial diamonds. Today, our long-standing domestic and international trade expands beyond rough diamonds to include a large variety of products, such as diamonds / CBN powers, synthetic diamonds, and related equipment. Even after several decades, industrial diamonds remain an essential material for the polishing, grinding, and cutting processes in the manufacturing industry. Materials used in this industry have been improved to better meet customer requirements.

Safety and reliability are essential for PTP packaging materials and bottle packaging materials, particularly for pharmaceutical applications. Our pharmaceutical packages and films have continued to be sold for decades since their initial launch, and they play a crucial role in both protecting the contents and conveying important information, such as product identification and instructions for use.
