MPR-25 is a mobile collaborative robot palletizer with all controllers integrated into the robot base frame, eliminating the need for disassembly or reinstallation during relocation. This design enables easy movement and quick deployment.
・Using WIST’s intuitive teaching system, operators can set palletizing patterns, pick positions, and placement positions via a touch panel. Position settings, adjustments, and modifications can be easily made, allowing immediate response to new product types.
・Approximately 35% lower cost compared to conventional fixed-type collaborative robot palletizers.
・The base frame matches the dimensions and shape of standard palletizing pallets (1100 mm square). Combined with a pallet lifter, the palletizer itself can be moved and operated without anchor fixing.
